A YOGA FOR MOST BODIES

KUNDALINI YOGA IS NOT a yoga where we do handstands and hold postures for long periods of time. This practice is a dynamic movement practice where no equipment is needed and is mostly seated. There are no adjustments or touching in class. Instead, I guide you through the proper alignment, and we work with where you are.

IF YOU’RE AGING, Kundalini yoga is the perfect fit because you do the movements as your body will allow keeping your body fluid and flexible.

IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT and are not able to get down on the floor for practice, we will curate your movements from a bed, chair or any place you can comfortably breathe and move your arms.

IF YOU HAVE PTSD OR CPTSD, Kundalini yoga can bring calmness to your nervous system. particular breathing and movements are committed as long as I am notified in advance.
